The Human Resources Trainee Program

Be a partner for employees and management

The Human Resources Group Function supports the LANXESS Management worldwide in all issues concerning Human Resources. On the one hand, we see ourselves as a partner for employees and mangers that assumes the human resources tasks competently in the respective group companies. From appointment to the time when people leave the company - we want to ensure that everything runs smoothly. On the other hand, we also see ourselves as a strategic partner who designs and adapts the employment conditions in the LANXESS world as required. Our objective is to ensure that LANXESS remains an attractive employer and that the employees experience this too.

This involves setting out fair market remuneration systems and structures that are coordinated at a global level, developing local appointment and working hours policies and ensuring the targeted development and qualification of our employees through our state-of-the-art LANXESS Management Development scheme.

The Human Resources Trainee Program at LANXESS offers you a well-rounded training from the classic human resources tasks as the basic tools for every human resources manager, up to the active involvement in strategic projects e.g. in the areas Personnel Marketing, Executive Development or Strategy & Policies.
